Sub-processors

A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Profile Matching Ltd. ('Profile Matching'), who has or potentially will have access to or process Service data (which may contain 'Personal data'). Profile Matching engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions. Profile Matching refers to third parties that do not have access to or process Service data but who are otherwise used to provide the Services as 'subcontractors' and not sub-processors.

> Intesi Group - Electronic signature signer identification and qualified electronic signature certificate provision

> Rackspace - E-mail service

> Wix - Marketing automation
